New for 2007 we have a spacious three bedroom townhouse villa on the beautiful Aegean Pine Complex in Yesilkent on the Turkish Aegean coast available for weekly holiday rental.
Ideal for families, groups or couples it has the perfect combination of sun and quiet relaxation close at hand whilst a “resort” orientated environment providing the hustle and bustle of Altinkum is just a seven-minute Dolmus/taxi ride/drive away.
Yesilkent is made up principally of large traditional Turkish villas set in quiet, residential streets that are closed to most traffic. With a mixture of Turkish residents and holiday homes the area is gentle, charming and minutes to the beach. The property has three floors, sleeps six (up to eight people with sofa bed) with travel cot and high chair available for our smaller guests. The spacious complex is an ideal base for families, offering 2 large swimming pools, tennis/basketball courts and a children's play area.
The Yesilkant beach is approximately 120 metres from the complex. Looking over Akbuk Bay. The beach is soft sand (with some shells) and the magnificent mountains reflect in the clear turquoise waters. The water slopes gently and is ideal for children. Sun beds and umbrellas are available to hire as well as pedalos and other water sports. A small local shop is only a 5 minute walk and offers all your basic groceries! You can hail the local Dolmus (mini-bus) at the end of the road, and it takes you into the main resort of Altinkum. It's about a 7 minute ride.

The property is privately owned and you will be dealing directly with us, the owners, and not through an agent. For that reason we are able to offer excellent weekly rental prices from £200 per week to £495 per week. The price is for the property and not per person.
